The Bluelightride.com.au domain does not, at any time, collect personally identifying information from you, the website viewer, unless clearly directed by you to do so.

Any logs created by our sites day to day operations (such that we can determine what type of browsers, operating systems and page requests we get) are not tied to personally identifying information. These logs are used only to view interest in our site and to help us create a site that is viewable by the majority of users in the best way possible.

Personally identifying information IS saved when you enter the Blue Light Ride using the online race entry system developed with Countrywide Media.

The system utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to transfer all data during this process. SSL enables an encrypted transmission of information from your browser to the race entry system. This protects your information during all transmission processes.

The data saved by the system DOES NOT include your credit card information or any information relating your personal information to a useable credit card number. The credit card number that you use in your transaction is not saved by VPMSC in whole at any time, or in any data retention system.

Contact Telephone Number
IP Address (for transaction identification)
License Number
Registration Number
Motorcycle Make / Model
Declaration of Motorcycle Condition

This information is saved to ensure that your entry into the Blue Light Ride is recognised on the day of the ride.
